General questions

  • From the homepage, click on the ‘update my profile icon
  • Then choose the ‘Select profile picture’ button on the profile page
  • On the image upload area click on the  icon
  • Upload your image (ideally 400x400px) and use the crop controls if necessary
  • When you are happy with your image click on the icon to select it
  • Then click on ‘save’ and your image is uploaded.
You can view and save Your_Sodexo to your smart phone or tablet.

Click ‘log-in’ on the homepage of the website.

Click ‘Forgot password?’ and fill in your email address.

Your password will be reset and sent to your email. You can then reset it to something more memorable by clicking on ‘change’ in the blue bar once you’ve logged in.

Raise topics on the things you care about in Sodexo, or simply ask a colleague a question.

You can share ideas or feedback about improvements in your area of work, and on Fridays you can answer fun trivia shared by other colleagues.

To view the forums you first need to register and login.

From the homepage ‘Discussions panel’ you can enter any individual discussion taking place by clicking on a thread link or click on ‘More’ to see all the forums.

You can personalise the jobs you see and if you’re in a cleaning, security, FM or horticultural services role you will see role-specific development training available to you.

In the personalised Segment and Service hub area, you can view all the latest news and features, key information, and personal and professional profiles of senior managers in your part of the business.

Your employee number can be found on your payslip.
