Speak Up - Whistleblowing

Speak Up

Sodexo has high standards about how we conduct business - it’s essential to our mission of improving quality of life.

We all have the responsibility to be honest, ethical, safe and lawful in everything we do at work. Sodexo investigates all reports of work-related conduct that doesn’t meet these standards and protects the confidentiality of those who report it.

Please speak up, if you see or suspect anything unethical, illegal or unsafe that causes loss or harm to our company, employees, clients or customers.

How do I speak up and do the right thing?

Raise your concern with your line manager or HR representative, in the first instance. Or if you don’t feel comfortable doing this, you can report an issue confidentially, via Speak Up.

What can I report?

  • Accounting and audit irregularities
  • Bribery
  • Criminal acts
  • Corruption
  • Conflicts of interest
  • Creating or ignoring environmental or safety hazards
  • Falsifying company records
  • Fraud
  • Physical harm
  • Theft of cash or goods
  • Unauthorised discounts
  • Use, possession or sale of illegal drugs
  • Sexual harassment
  • Vandalism

Who operates Speak Up?

Speak Up service is operated by Convercent, an independent company. You have the option to remain anonymous.

It is company policy that there will be no discrimination or retaliation against anyone who, in good faith, presents a complaint or problem to the company.
