Issues like illness, debt and family problems can sometimes leave us feeling worried or anxious. Sodexo’s Quality of Life ethos extends to our people too – we care about your wellbeing. 

Sodexo Supports Me is here to help you and your immediate family, giving you free, confidential information and expert counselling over the phone. The service is provided by AXA ICAS, a totally independent organisation.

How does it work?

PhoneiconQualified counsellors can help you with problems affecting your wellbeing or psychological health, such as stress, bereavement or relationship issues. You can agree a programme of six structured telephone counselling sessions with the same counsellor to help work through issues or just phone for one-off counselling support.

AXA ICAS’s work-life consultants are also able to offer practical and impartial advice on everyday matters. If you’re facing a situation you think you might need help with, give them a call. It can be anything from a simple everyday issue to a significant life event.
