That’s why, every year, we celebrate the stars of Sodexo at our annual awards ceremonies, recognising those individuals and teams making stand-out contributions to our clients and company as a whole.
Spirit of Sodexo Awards
Following last year’s recognition ceremonies, we took the time to listen to colleagues across the business, to understand what works and what we could do better, when it comes to our awards programme.
We are excited to unveil our new Spirit of Sodexo Awards, which sees us bringing together the Service Excellence and Star Awards, with an ‘Oscars-style’ gala dinner and party to celebrate our winners. This year’s event will take place on 12 December 2019 in Liverpool.
The new Spirit of Sodexo Awards will be looking at both what you do, and how you do it, ensuring our award categories and criteria are more closely aligned to our values. Colleagues from across the business are currently agreeing the new award categories and finalising the nomination process. More details will follow later in the year.
