We’re proud to be able to support local charities in all the communities we operate in the UK and Ireland.
These are some of the great causes we can help, thanks to the money you raise:
-
Coram educates children about nutrition, wellness and exercise.
-
FareShare redistributes surplus but fit-for-purpose food to shelters and charities.
-
St Vincent de Paul helps families and individuals in financial hardship at key pressure points in the year, such as Christmas.
-
The Outward Bound Trust helps young people understand the relationship between healthy diets and physical activity.
-
SSAFA provides lifelong support for our forces and their families.
-
Providence Row supports London’s homeless with meals, advice, support and training.
-
Trees for Cities aims to create social cohesion and beautify our cities through tree planting, community-led design, education and training initiatives in urban areas that need it most.
-
Irish Cancer Society is the largest voluntary funder of cancer research in Ireland, working to improve the lives of those affected by the disease.
-
BrendonCare Club helps older people in isolation to prepare food.
How the money has helped
Your bike rides, cake sales, parachute jumps and quiz nights saw nearly £500,000 in the pot for Stop Hunger in 2014 – a fantastic total that has funded some superb projects with our charitable partners. Take a look at the video above.
