This year’s Salon Culinaire returns to Ascot Racecourse on 27 September with guest judges, chef demonstrations, a supplier exhibition, a street food market, as well as new and exciting categories to enter.
The supplier exhibition and street food village will be bigger and better than ever, including a welcome return for new and small start-up businesses with exciting ideas to take back to your sites.
The annual Salon programme, which includes events in England, Ireland and Scotland, has become one of the largest culinary competitions in the UK. Competing is a great way to develop skills, gain recognition and is a very real example of how Sodexo invests it its people. And you don’t have to be a chef to enter! There are lots of static categories to enter too, so if you’re a budding baker then why not get involved?

Ireland: 7 September at Cliff at Lyons, Co. Kildare
Scotland: 14 September at Hampden Park, Glasgow
England: 27 September at Ascot Racecourse, Ascot, Berkshire
