The Sodexo Chef of the Year competition reaches its climax on 6 March at Hotelympia where the 10 finalists do battle for the prestigious title. Come along on the day and cheer them on!

Each chef has gone through a number of stages to get to the final, including mentor days, workshops and plenty of practice to refine their dishes.

The competition is a fantastic way to capture the diverse talent we have in our business. Segments heats have been taking place across the UK and Ireland and we are pleased to announce the 10 finalists are:

SODEXO CULINARY TEAM AT HOTELYMPIA

We are delighted that the Sodexo Culinary Team has been invited to cook in the Parade des Chefs kitchen at Hotelympia.

The team is:

  • Tom Allen, Schools & Universities
  • Tom Beauchamp, Sports & Leisure
  • Louisa Tinkler, Schools & Universities
  • Andy Voice, Schools & Universities
  • Mark Wetherill, Corporate Services
  • Steven Wylie, Schools & Universities

The team will cook for 100 guests under competition standards on 6 March (the same day as the Sodexo Chef of the Year final).

The menu will include a starter of potato and hens egg ravioli, a main course of ways of Lakeland lamb and an apple and rhubarb dessert.
