The Employee Engagement Survey 2018 closed last week and we’d like to say a big thank you to everyone who took the time to complete it.

Early estimates show that more than 21,400 employees in the UK and Ireland took part, which is a great response and represents 71% of our regional business.

We’ll share the final response rate with you in the next couple of weeks.

Your opinions matter, and the results will give Sodexo a valuable insight into what you think about working for us – what’s working well and what could be improved. The findings will help us to shape Sodexo’s future and we will share the results with you in July, so watch this space.

Once again, many thanks for pointing the way!

Marcello P. - Is this survey optional ?. As my line manager said "its not optional".

Xavier F. - Still wondering

Stephen M. - Hello Marcello, I've spoken to the Sodexo Internal Communications team and they have asked me to share with you the following: 'The survey is optional and completely anonymous but the more surveys completed by employees the better understanding that we will have of how we can improve the company and everyone's working lives. So if you can, please point the way and complete the survey!'

Attila A. - Good afternoon. How can I open this survey?

Aurelian S. - How can I complete the survey?

Stephen M - Head of Digital Communications - Hello Attila and Aurelian, Employees without a Sodexo email address will receive the survey URL and a unique access code from their site manager. Ask your manager for more details. Employees that have a Sodexo email address will receive automated email invitations and reminders to complete the survey.

Michael Lawlor - yes my name is Michael lawlor

Elaine N. - Have tried numerous times to complete survey but unable to access survey.
