Sodexo Chef of the Year 2019

Time 278 days ago Comments 0 comments

It’s time for our chefs to shine once again! Have you got what it takes to cook your way to the top?

The challenge to find Sodexo’s Chef of the Year 2019 has begun, with heats soon taking place across the UK and Ireland. Eight finalists will then represent Sodexo at The Great Hospitality Show 2019 in the prestigious Sodexo Chef of the Year competition, which will take place at the NEC, Birmingham, on 22 January 2019.

In preparation for the grand final, each segment is holding heats to determine who will go forward. Segment executive chefs – who are National Craft Forum representatives – will be running the heats and confirming the lucky finalists from each segment.

The heats will be completed by 9 November in time for the finalists mentor development day on 29 November at Unilever Food Solutions, Leatherhead.

Are you our next Sodexo Chef of the Year?

The competition is open for entries now! Your managers can access all the information and entry forms for you via Sodexo_Net.

Last year’s winner was Adam Collison from Corporate Services – read the blog.
