Watch Seans Haley's Christmas message below.

As we’re now into the last full working week before the holidays begin, I wanted to reflect on our year and thank you for your hard work across the UK & Ireland region.

I am very proud of what we have achieved, together, in 2018.  Here are just some of our client wins this year:

  • Microsoft.  The world’s biggest provider of technology trusted us and our technology to manage their portfolio
  • Coca Cola European Partners -  operating in nine countries across 146 sites.
  • Coventry University and University College London – one of the biggest and broadest outsourced contracts in the market
  • Ministry of Justice and Doncaster & Bassetlaw Hospitals
  • The European Championship, Farnborough Airshow, Emirates and Cathay Pacific - all won by our Sports & Leisure business
  • Our Energy & Resources teams won big after the crash in the oil price, including the Sella Ness.

It’s true to say the market has been very competitive in 2018 and I do think it will remain that way for a while.  There is a continuing emphasis on price when we talk to our existing and our potential clients and lots of conversations about the value of outsourcing, particularly in the public sector.

As always, we continue to listen to what our clients are telling us.  Most importantly, we continue to live by our values, supported by our sustainable and ethical business practices.  We do business in the right way and we continue to focus on providing the high quality of service our clients expect from us.  That’s what makes us different.

We also continue to invest in our people.  All those things have helped us to win business and to retain over 96% of our existing business.  No matter what your role is or where in the business you work, you are a crucial part of that success.

Of course, it’s not just me saying that – click here to see the recognition from the outside world our business has earned over the last year.  Proof that we really do deliver for our clients.

Thank you again.  I look forward to seeing and speaking to you in 2019.

Julie M. - Looks like fun. What about those who couldn't attend due to illness? Where's their support?
