Make your voice heard

The new global engagement survey for Sodexo, Voice, launches today (Monday 7 September 2020). Colleagues in the UK and Ireland will receive an email to complete the survey this afternoon, expected between 1:00pm and 3:00pm. Those without access to e-mail are able to complete the survey using the open link for their segment or function.

Voice will remain open until 2 October 2020, providing all Sodexo colleagues with the opportunity to provide views that will help to shape the future of the company

This year, the survey will have 13 questions, made up of ten core questions to measure engagement, and three additional questions specific to the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic. The survey should only take around ten minutes to complete, and is entirely confidential. Sodexo will never see the individual responses of any colleague.

Each segment has a unique link and QR code to enable colleagues without access to e-mail to take part in the survey. For example, a team member on the AstraZeneca contract who is based at Alderley Park would follow the link for Corporate Services. Colleagues in the Republic of Ireland will be able to distinguish their location from a list, and this will help us to analyse the feedback of our teams in each part of the region.

If you have any questions about the survey, please contact your HR Business Partner, or e-mail the Engagement team.
