So we can all continue to rise safely, we have consolidated and simplified Sodexo’s allergen resources into the new Managing Food Allergens Safely document. All catering managers should download this document and ensure their team is always following the Sodexo process.
To support this new document, a new poster and Safety Moment have also been created. Together these tools can be used to remind each other why allergen safety is so important.
