The new Sodexo Reward Hub, built for you

Every day, you improve the quality of life of our clients and customers. Whatever they’re facing, you go further, work harder and create an impact that is far reaching and meaningful.

At Sodexo, we’re committed to doing the same for you – supporting your quality of life and helping you succeed. And soon, for the first time – you’ll be able to see all your rewards in one central place – the new Sodexo Reward Hub, built for you, making it easier to get more out of every day.

Launching January 2021

We value your feedback and acknowledge that the current Sodexo Reward Hub can be difficult to access – especially for those working on the front line. We also know that you can’t always find the information you need, when you need it. Our new Sodexo Reward Hub changes all that, bringing together payslips, recognition, benefits, health and wellbeing, and community. And that’s just the start. We’ll continue to build on the platform and connected services to bring you the best experience.

What you can expect to see in January

  • Easier access, with automatic login for colleagues who have Sodexo work email addresses (when on the Sodexo network) – and improved access for those without.
  • Relevant information about the benefits, services and resources available to support and protect your health, money and life – to make every day better.
  • An improved, new-look Epay portal for a better experience.

How can I get ready for the new Reward Hub?

There’s nothing you need to do right now. We’ll be in touch with managers and our local champions to provide more information ahead of launch, which is planned for mid-January.

To register for and use the new Reward Hub, all colleagues will need either a Sodexo work email address, or a personal one. A personal email address must not be shared (e.g. with a spouse/partner or a whole-family email address). So, if colleagues don’t have an individual email address, it’s best they create one now. We’ll be issuing a help sheet to managers in the coming weeks which you can hand-out to your teams ahead of launch.

We can’t wait for you to see the new Reward Hub - keep an eye on Your_Sodexo for more details soon.

Don't skate on thin ice

Over the festive period, did you check your mulled wine wasn’t too hot to drink? Or take a trolley to pick up the big Christmas food shop, instead of straining to carry a heavy basket? These are simple risk assessments we all make in everyday life to keep ourselves and others safe. Yet we sometimes forget to apply the same at work and keep up-to-date with crucial HSEQ changes.

Festive 5 Elf

Mental ‘elf’ comes first

In December 2020, we encouraged everyone to put their mental ‘elf’ front and centre by taking part in Festive 5 – our regional festive Stop Hunger fundraiser. With your support, the activity collectively raised more than £2,700 that will go towards helping those most vulnerable within our local communities.

Start the New Year as we mean to go on

Back to work but feeling a bit out of sorts? It can take a while to get back into a work routine after a break, but be sure not to let safety take a back seat and help us to avoid the January 'bruise'.

A big thank you from Stop Hunger

Over the past year, the kindness of you and your Sodexo colleagues was seen once again in the many donations, fundraising activities and volunteering hours contributed to Stop Hunger's charity partners, enabling them to support those most in need through the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic. To bring your impact to life, watch a special thank you video from the Foundation's charity partners.

Making a difference to young people

New volunteering opportunities are now available on the Stop Hunger Goodness Platform, including a virtual Christmas messaging service supporting YMCA. With more than 9,000 residents supported by YMCA over the festive period, the anonymous messaging service lets vulnerable young people know that there are people that truly care.

Paul’s (literally) a MasterChef!

It has been revealed that Paul Hood, a development chef for Sodexo's Heritage Portfolio has been selected as one of 32 contestants for the new series of MasterChef The Professionals.
